As you know, we attempted to appear via Zoom 2 weeks ago and the Judge locked us out, for a simple status conference. They "SAND BAGGED US AGAIN". Even after GT sent the notice and demand to them in this case the 3 other inextricably related cases. They are playing legal games, by not responding to GT nor turning over the papers you demanded of them (docket sealed). All of this in the Barnstable action was done after GT noticed the NE Edge of their appearances to enter into all of the cases, in crystal clear violation of the Rules of Procedure and Good Practice and violation of the jurist cannons of their licenses to practice law. As in the mutiple case that GT , requested to conference and demand for all past, present, pending and future motions to be turned over to GT. The NE Edge Racketeers and the Soros controlled sercret courts "shut off" the entire Massachusetts online court filing system for 8 hours this past monday, and over 7 hours today, to block any access to the publice records in our cases to prevent the press and GT from accessing any files from the online portal. Nicholas Fiorillo & Dan Duquette called the police as soon as they discovered someone had tampered with one of the home heating system in an crystal clear attempt to kill Nicholas Fiorillo and his family, by way of carbon monoxide poisoning. As Fiorillo was not at either island home, this past weekend, he was to discover,they where hosting the POTUS "left hand" Deputy Inspector General Lisa O Monaco's family in Tom Nevers and George Soros's MD for infectious disease , David K Stein & family at 116 Baxter. The two where shocked, when they found out who was actually renting out the Nantucket homes this past Thanksgiving holiday. As they would be told by the Nantucket Police the vent stack at Tom Nevers had been clearly tampered with, they put 1 and 2 together, this could be in fact another "botched" attempted murder on Fiorillo's life. NPD Officer Mastriano, took immediate action and contacted emergency response teams and dispatched them to each property to investigate. Fiorillo immediately then sent that email and followed up with calls to further forewarn the Families and the MSP about the threat to life that existed and requested further requested the ACK-MSP Sgt. also get help on the scene. Just as Duquette & Fiorillo where asking the MSP Sgt. assigned to ACK to help, the Sgt. abruptly "hung up" on them during their 911 call. It was then Fiorillo knew even the MSP would not look to help the local NPD. They called back Police-Fire-FBI and requested a bomb squad to inspect both houses to ensure the safety of the occupants. Mr Stein, Mr Monaco, Officer Mastriano, Nantucket Fire, Nantucket Police and All Law Enforcement and United States Attorneys, Our home at 63 Tom Nevers Rd, furnace venting system has been tampered with to cause carbon monoxide to leak into the home, in an the third attempt to cause the occupants of the home harm. As I am a high valued target for my adversaries, George Soros, Thomas O'Neil, Louis Delpidio, George Mclaughlin, Paul Matarese Joe Matazonni and others, aka NE Edge, in an abundance caution and life safety.
I am also requesting the NANTUCKET/MSP/FBI respond immediately at each homes with the , Police/Fire/Bomb Squad to inspect and certified the life safety of each home and it's occupant immediately. In an extreme measure of caution, we ask you and your families to leave both homes immediately, call 911 and contact emergency services. Where our law enforcement professionals will triple check all mechanical systems, bombs and any other suspicious activity or condition at each house. Again, as there has been multiple attempts on my life and that off my family recently, by this criminal group, I remain concerned for the safety and wellbeing of everyone in each home. As obviously my enemies will stop at nothing and may mistake your families for my own, as they have done in the past.
